Job Title:   Corporate Wellness Dietitian, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday                                                      
Job Location:  Lincoln Therapy Plus Northwest Clinic


JOB OVERVIEW

• Responsible for program development, implementation, oversight and evaluation of behavioral health (wellness) programs for Fit for Work corporate clients.
• Responsible for development and delivery of nutrition based and medically based programs and presentations.
• Provide individualized nutrition counseling for FFW clients.
• Develop positive relationships with client companies, human resource managers, safety directors, supervisors, managers, professional and service organizations and occupational health nurse by promoting Madonna FFW programs and services. Promote and support the organizationâ??s mission, values and guiding principle statements within the organization and to the public.
• Develop and deliver wellness nutrition and medically based program for FFW clients.
• Create and design promotional materials for companies to utilize within the organization in order to encourage and promote participation.
• Analyze and report behavioral health data acquired from programs to provide feedback to clients and utilize for future program development.

  QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelorâ??s degree required, preferably in health sciences, promotion, nutrition and psychology required.
• Three years experience in wellness programming preferred.
• Current Nebraska Dietitians license required.
• Valid Nebraska driverâ??s license and proof of good driving record required.
