Seeking an accomplished Managing Director to build and develop an independent business in Life Care Management. This is an exciting opportunity to build an organization in a high growth and personally rewarding industry. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit and progressive experience in the geriatric care services, behavioral mental health or trust coordination industry, this is the opportunity for you!

Join an organization that provides life care management for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We will be opening an Omaha, NE office and seeking the right candidate to build this business.

The Managing Director will be an innovative leader with exceptional sales, relationship building, and management skills. This leader will have a strong knowledge of Geriatric Service Coordination, Trust coordination, Behavioral Health systems, community-based services, care integration, health care operations and quality improvement.

The Managing Director will be provide leadership in the following areas:

Marketing and Sales – build a network of opportunity

Partnership & Collaboration – strong customer service skills, business partner relationships with a focus on collaboration and open, candid & direct communications.

Vision, Direction & Strategy – sets the vision, goals, objectives, and priorities

Organizational Leadership – Establish and run the organizational goals, objectives, structure, staffing model (including appropriate sourcing strategy), skills/capabilities and roles & responsibilities necessary to successfully address the CCP’s infrastructure requirements.

Management & Operations – responsible for leadership and management activities including service/process management, financial management, vendor management, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Experience- managing an organization with complicated network of private and government services.

Track record- developing strategic and operational plans, and managing to quality and financial performance and position

Sophisticated understanding of the Life Care Management services as well as federal, state, local and private environments related to health care and human services. Strong understanding of the forces that shape this particular marketplace including possible threats and opportunities and ability to respond to those changes with effective, creative solutions.

Demonstrated experience- developing and cultivating strong, effective collaborations and partnerships with external organizations.

Ability to work collaboratively- within an organization and with leaders of external organizations.

Ability to articulate and communicate the corporate mission and services.
