We are currently expanding and hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Woodbridge, NJ area.

Flexible per diem scheduling with the option to build a full caseload
Competitive $75–$100/hour pay range based on experience and caseload
Spanish-speaking / bilingual BCBAs strongly preferred
Full caseloads available in Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, Carteret, Rahway, and nearby Middlesex County towns
CentralReach (CR) provided for streamlined documentation, planning, and communication
Leadership opportunities in supervision, training, and program development
No billing quotas or minimum hour requirements
Dedicated administrative and scheduling support provided
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with Spanish- and English-speaking families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach
Use data-driven decision-making to monitor and adjust programs
Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred
Experience providing home-based ABA therapy or community-based services
Excellent skills in supervision, documentation, and family communication
Commitment to ethical ABA practices and family-centered care
$75–$100/hour, based on experience and caseload
Sign-on bonus after 90 days
