Part-Time Remote BCBA Opportunity – Help Build and Shape Springboard ABA!

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a unique opportunity to guide and develop a growing ABA practice? Springboard ABA, based in Little Rock Arkansas, is seeking an experienced BCBA to work part-time on an hourly basis to help us structure and build out the clinical side of our organization.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating systems, mentoring teams, and making a lasting impact on the foundation of a growing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement clinical workflows and procedures.
• Provide guidance on treatment planning, assessments, and documentation standards.
• Help establish supervision and training protocols for future clinical staff.
• Offer expert advice on compliance and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Work a few hours per week, remotely.

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed BCBA with a strong background in clinical leadership and ABA practices.
• Experience in building or scaling ABA services is a plus.
• Someone with a passion for mentorship and creating impactful systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a growing team.
