Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM No call required
Combination of clinic and procedure days
Case Mix & Procedures: Interventional pain management procedures including trigger point injections, peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, nerve blocks, and other ultrasound guided pain procedures
Practice Model: Hospital based outpatient pain practice

Job Requirements
MD or DO
BC in Anesthesiology with Pain Management specialization (or PM&R with Pain)
PA license or IMLC
