Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed

• ASAP - Ongoing
• Full Time - 40 hours/week, flexible with shifts (8s, 10s, 12s)
• Shift: Day, Standard 4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 - 17:00
• On Call: Optional, 1 call shift per 8-week schedule
• Weekend: Availability to work one weekend/month if needed
• Schedule: Sun - Sat

Clinical Details

• Procedures: All cases except transplants. Includes Hearts, Lung, Peds, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, etc.
• CRNA Responsibilities: Perform own epidurals, spinals. No blocks.
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Multiple worksites

Requirements

• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• Licensing: VA license at time of submittal or in the process of issuing
• Certifications: BLS- mist be AHA
• Experience: Level II Trauma- Minimum 2 years
• Proficiency: Must be proficient with spinals and epidural placement and management
• Preferred Experience: Pediatric experience preferred
• Additional Experience: OB and Thoracic experience required
