Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected public accounting firm in Indianapolis seeking a Tax Manager. This role is ideal for a CPA with extensive tax experience who is ready to lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns
• Provide tax planning and consulting services across industries
• Supervise and develop tax staff
• Research and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• CPA designation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Proven leadership and client management skills
