Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and revise electrical schematic drawings
• Conduct wire audits and field verification at customer sites
• Design control system hardware to meet project requirements
• Develop and partition I/O databases
• Create drawing packages for installation design solutions
• Supervise installation sub-contractors during installation and commissioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in the design, implementation, and testing of plant control systems
• Familiarity with DCS and PLC systems, including I/O and cabinet layouts
• Knowledge of plant instrumentation and field wiring
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
