Conviva Senior Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician (Geriatrics, preferred) to join our growing Palm Beach market team. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

We currently operate approximately 340 centers across 15 states under two brands: CenterWell & Conviva . Our PCPs provide patients 65 years and older 100% outpatient and 100% clinic-based care in a value-based setting. This robust support allows our PCPs to see fewer patients and spend more time with those they do.
