What You Will Be Doing
Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring timely communication with GCs.
Coordinate project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with project managers to support ongoing mechanical construction projects.
Maintain accurate records and assist with project closeout procedures.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience handling RFIs, change orders, and submittals in commercial construction. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
