Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Accounting.
• Handle bank accounts, inventory, credit card receivables, prepaids, accounts payable, and accruals.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial packages with supporting work papers and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate and in accordance with US GAAP standards.
• Provide budget vs. actual variance analysis monthly and year-to-date.
• Collaborate with operations to implement and maintain all accounting workflows.
• Oversee internal controls and enforce company accounting policies.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle accounting or a similar role.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in NetSuite and Craftable Inventory.
• Familiarity with credit card reconciliation portals and NetSuite is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
