Founded in 2017, they focus on selling science based microbial solutions for fresh food and pet industries, promoting natural preservatives across all food categories. Description
Key Responsibilities:
- - Establish, maintain, and refine a growing portfolio of customer accounts as the company expands.
- Create and oversee an annual sales budget, aligning it with targeted goals and objectives.
- Apply and manage pricing strategies across assigned accounts to maximize profitability.
- Participate in critical business decision-making meetings, both internally and with clients.
- Lead technical discussions, support customers with troubleshooting, and coordinate project execution.
- Report directly to sales leadership and company founders, with a ton of freedom to do what you need to get a sale.

Profile
Requirements:
- - 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Prior experience selling functional ingredients in a B2B environment is preferred.
- A proven ability to build relationships and drive sales success is highly desirable.
- Technical expertise or a science-related degree is a strong asset.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline, setting milestones, and tracking key performance metrics.
- A "builder" mentality is essential, with the ability to cultivate new accounts while expanding existing relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory.
