POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outpatient center(s), establishing a system assuring that high quality care is provided. The Director of Outpatient Services will assure sound fiscal operation of the outpatient center(s) while promoting services that are produced in a cost-effective manner and are compliant with regulatory agencies. They will monitor the facility's services and delivery systems, approving and enforcing operational procedures, policies, and standards.
EDUCATION
Masters' degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university, preferred.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); full clinical licensure preferred.
Licensure, as determined by the state, required to complete the essential job functions of the position. CPR/CPI Certified per policy.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years management experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
Two (2) years' experience working in behavioral health field, preference for experience with IOP/PHP levels of care.
One (1) year clinical supervisory experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment preferred.
