About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for a new role in Insurance Solutions and Structured Products within the Fixed Income division. The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams to structure assets that achieve the desired regulatory and accounting treatment for clients. The position requires a minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in structuring transactions to optimize insurance capital requirements, and a strong background in various asset classes. The role is highly visible and involves collaboration with internal and external partners, including clients, trading counterparties, and rating agencies. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be highly organized, with excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with personnel at all levels and have established relationships with NRSROs and regulatory bodies. The position is performed in a hybrid manner, with a mix of office and remote work, and the candidate should be prepared to engage in tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.
