About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the North East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line revenue and bottom-line net profit growth across the region's operating locations. This pivotal role demands a leader who can provide vision, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the development and success of their team and the region as a whole. Key responsibilities include championing the company's culture and safety standards, P&L accountability, operational excellence, resource allocation, sales strategy, customer service, training and development, and internal talent development. The role also involves integration of new processes and the onboarding of new regional offices, whether through organic growth or acquisitions. To excel in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in high-level leadership, financial management, and the industrial or construction sector is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, personnel management, and strategic planning skills, as well as excellent business acumen, analytical abilities, and communication. Proficiency in project and change management, and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices, are also essential. The role demands a candidate who is adept at managing multiple projects and resources and is willing to travel frequently within the USA.
