About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for the US region. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, with a focus on generating multi-year engagements. This role is highly autonomous and requires a true hunter mentality, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently. The Head of Sales will be expected to network with clients, vendors, and business partners, and to effectively communicate client demands to the solution team. Researching and analyzing business opportunities across different industry verticals, as well as defining and launching lead generation campaigns, are key aspects of the position. The role also involves creating and presenting business development and sales plans, establishing sales objectives, and liaising with internal teams and vendors for marketing and promotional activities. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling data engineering, analytics, platform development and run, cloud migration, SAP implementation and management, or CRM implementation. A recent proven track record of bringing in new logos and meeting sales quotas is essential. The role demands a proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision, is adept at building and growing a sales function, and is capable of presenting updates to the executive leadership team on a weekly basis.
