The Health Systems Integration Advisor is responsible for leading the implementation and support of a newly acquired data aggregation platform across the NHP network, connecting over 70 independent practice EMRs. This role serves as a key liaison between independent practices, IT vendors, EMR vendors, and internal quality and population health teams. The Advisor will coordinate technical integration efforts, train users on platform functionality, and ensure the successful execution of project milestones. During and post-implementation, the Advisor will mine the data, analyze, and communicate findings and comparisons to support the goals of NHP's clinical integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in health IT systems, a working knowledge of revenue cycle operations and/or healthcare delivery, and the ability to manage complex projects and relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Health Systems Integration Advisor
* Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, or related field required
* Minimum 3 years of experience in health IT, clinical data integration, EMR implementation, or population health systems required.
* Working knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, charge capture, billing, and claims management required.
* Experience managing large-scale projects in a healthcare setting required.
* Strong understanding of EMR systems, HL7, FHIR, or related interoperability standards required.
* Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences required.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships required.

Preferred Qualifications: Health Systems Integration Advisor
* Master's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
* Experience with population health or data aggregation tools (e.g., Arcadia, Health Catalyst, Innovaccer, etc.) preferred.
* Familiarity with value-based care models and quality metrics (HEDIS, ACO reporting, etc.) preferred.
* Change management or training facilitation experience preferred.
* PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
