Lozier is seeking a Plant Custodian, responsible for daily cleaning, upkeep, and general maintenance of assigned plant. Monday thru Friday work schedule, with Saturdays as needed. Work schedule will be a set schedule, with a start time of 5:00am or 5:30am daily (start time to be agreed upon at time of job offer). Two years of general custodian experience is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for daily cleaning facilities including restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms and first aid room including floors and trash/recycling.
Responsible for maintaining cleaning room supply inventory and basic equipment.
Responsible for deep cleaning individual offices per schedule and general office cleaning.
Responsible for picking up trash throughout building and grounds.
Responsible for assisting in setting up/taking down meeting rooms.
Responsible for vacuuming all rugs.
Responsible for mopping and buffing floors.
Responsible for Stripping, scrubbing and waxing all floors.
Responsible for operating the sweeper/scrubber on plant floor aisles.
Responsible for loading, sorting, and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment-PPE.
Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.
Ability to work and interact well with others.
