The Department of Biomedical Sciences invites applications for the Dr. Richard J. Bellucci Postdoctoral Fellowship. This Fellowship is one of the most prestigious offered by Creighton University and is reserved for highly promising early-career scientists who are engaged in hearing research. This is a competitive role and open line to labs in the department.

The Dr. Richard J. Bellucci Translational Hearing Center is based on a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary research model. A successful candidate will be expected to conduct leading research in hearing science, mentor junior trainees, and develop a strong publication and presentation record.

Qualifications:

Terminal degree (PhD and/or MD) with extensive, demonstrated experience in any of the following fields: Neuroscience, Chemistry, Developmental Biology, Bioinformatics or other related fields
A commitment to hearing research
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Strong publication and conference record
Enthusiasm to work in a highly diverse, collaborative environment
