This role provides high-level and comprehensive support to the Enterprise Portfolio team by working across the organization to assist at any point during the project life cycle from intake to project close. The incumbent will track, measure and report on portfolio status, create visuals for consumption across all levels of the organization (including Executive-level leaders), and help achieve project management deliverables.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with portfolio manager/s, architects, and management to establish standards for work intake, involving various phases and swim lanes, by business function.

  • Facilitate and/or actively participate in organization meetings including, but not limited to, project consultation, department meetings, and business operations meetings.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop, collect data, and publish reporting, metrics, and dashboards.

  • Collect, monitor, and report on Enterprise-wide programs to various levels of management.

  • Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, product owners and delivery managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Assist with the evolution and management of project and program governance.

  • Provide high detail and impactful administrative and scope support to overarching portfolio management activities, as necessary.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of previous experience with project management, including experience with project lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to shift priority or direction as needed based on business directives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement. The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments. The ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or other relevant certifications.

  • Previous work in an Agile environment.
