Staff Supervised:  None

Essential Requirements:  

1. No history of child abuse or negligence.

2. Experience Student Information System’s

3. Experience with report writing (Powerbuilder\Infomaker or Cognos)

4. Good oral and written communication skills

5. Customer Services Skills

6. Ability to travel to school districts

7. Successfully pass required background checks.

8. Regular and dependable in person attendance is required and is considered a condition of employment.

9. The assigned duties of this position may allow consideration of occasional/infrequent remote work with the approval of the supervisor.  Remote work is subject to the remote work guidelines and conditions outlined in the job description.  The supervisor may withdraw the remote work option at any time.

Essential Responsibilities:  

1. Understand and comply with the ESU #3 Board of Education Personnel Policies and Employee Handbook.

2. Dependable and reliable attendance.

3. Project Management:

   1. Gather requirements

   2. Set deadlines

   3. Communicate with stakeholders

   4. Present to stakeholders

4. Stay up to date on Nebraska state reporting requirements

5. Attend state meetings.

6. Extensive Microsoft Excel skills

7. Experience with report writing software

8. Experience with project management software

9. Ability to manage time and projects

10. Ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects

11. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job

12. Other duties as assigned.
