As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Director who will play a critical role in delivering strategic projects, scaling our offerings and creating a lasting impact on our clients and their organizations.
The Senior Director will be responsible for day-to-day project delivery and client relationship management, in partnership with small and nimble teams, and will support Black Glass executive team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
We are in search of a Senior Director-level hire who can help us develop in two key areas:
- Client Delivery: Drive new client projects forward through to completion, managing the development and delivery of the agreed deliverables such as frameworks, tools, diagnostics, insights summaries, and executive presentations. Own client scopes and project plans with high attention to detail. Deliver work alongside small teams.
- Strategic Impact: Support creation of strategic IP and thought leadership. Have a strong POV and pulse on the market that allow you to bring strategic insights to your clients and CMOs.
1. Deliver for our Clients
- Drive best-in-class project execution project teams vary in size based on project scope, so in some cases, you may be a solo practitioner, while in others you may be working alongside a small team.
- Four most common projects include: Investment strategy, Org design, Change Management, Marketing Strategy
- Due to the small nature of the team, this is a culture of making - you will be making slides, strategies and all the things alongside the rest of the team!
- Serve as a key client relationship manager, ensuring client satisfaction with project execution.
- Test new methodologies and approaches in our client work, building on existing Black Glass methodologies.
- Ensure projects run seamlessly to deliver the outcomes and deliverables that are scoped within the timeline.
2. Scale Black Glass Strategic Impact
- Maintain client relationships beyond project delivery to drive organic growth and reputation.
- Support business development, proposal development, and project scoping.
- Facilitate impactful client workshops.
- Generate thought leadership content.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Special Skills & Experience
- A client-centric, design-forward thinker with a strong background in marketing strategy and change management.
- Prior consulting experience and experience working with small teams is a plus.
- Deeply committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and outcomes.
- Highly organized with strong leadership skills.
- Highly proficient at Google Suite, Typeform, Miro, Hubspot, Canva
- Great at making things (slides, articles, visuals) and designing content in a visually amazing way
- On the pulse of new tooling and willing to experiment and test new tools

SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $ 150,000 to $200,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee s/applicant s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
