Tax Credit Leasing Specialist - The Victoria at Huxley Yards

Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for The Victoria at Huxley Yards apartment community in Madison, WI. This is a Tax Credit/Elderly property with 250 units.

This position will offer a competitive hourly pay rate, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

• Hiring Bonus: $2000
• $1,000 after 90 days of employment 
• $1,000 after 6 months of employment
• Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 1 year of employment
