JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting implementation and on-going servicing of all Treasury Management products used by clients, including production of assigned reports, and assisting internal and external customers in service implementation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. The role assists with project administration and contributes as part of a larger team. The position will require drafting and/or updating procedures used with their daily workflow and assist in the gathering of information needed to document compliance with policies and procedures for audit or bank examinations. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Business Banking Client Product Setup, Maintenance, and Support (60%)

  • Processes requests for adding new business clients to online banking system.
  • Reviews business online banking and Treasury Management service requests, ensuring authorization and access to appropriate business banking products and services.
  • Establishes access to basic online functions, administrative users, and controls.
  • Attaches services and features according to the customer agreements.
  • Establishes account access, limits, and controls according to customer onboarding paperwork.
  • Performs maintenance and modifications for existing clients utilizing various treasury products and services.
  • Communicates and troubleshoots system issues with fellow treasury management operations team members.
  • Provides high quality support for all treasury management products and services for internal bank staff and external customers: ACH originations, remote deposit capture, online wire transfers, positive pay, bill pay and numerous treasury systems and functions.
  • Responds in a timely manner to emails and calls and needs for troubleshooting issues impacting clients.
  • Escalates ongoing issues to team lead and management for timely resolution.

Additional Treasury Products Setup and Maintenance (20%)

  • Establishes and maintains ancillary systems to support the setup and operation of ACH Positive Pay, Check Positive Pay, Payee Match, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and other third-party services and products.

 

Fees Setup and Maintenance (15%)

  • Establishes and maintains online banking fee plans to charge clients for electronic banking services in the online banking console system and other related back-office systems in conjunction with the Treasury Ops and Treasury Sales teams.

 

Reporting and Maintenance (5%)

  • Produces reports used to measure and monitor the efficiency, accuracy, volume, profitability, security, risk and/or timeliness of assigned products and services including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, and Positive Pay products.
  • Provides maintenance on product reporting including addition and removal of services as needed.
  • Ensures adherence to internal policies, quality standards, and management direction while meeting contractual deliverables to clients and other external parties.

 

Performs other duties as required and assigned.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of, as well as the ability to maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and Treasury guidelines.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions, in a fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met.

  • Solid skills and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 360, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint. Proficiency researching the Internet.
  • Skills using computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
  • Superior client service skills/attitude.
  • Results oriented in a high-performance team environment.
  • Ability to complete required training by assigned due date.
  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.

EDUCATION* 

  • Minimum of an associate degree in business or an applicable area required.

 

EXPERIENCE*

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of banking experience working with treasury products and services required.
  • Fiserv core banking product experience preferred.
  • Q2 eBanking and Centrix experience preferred.
  • Weiland or other account analysis experience preferred.
