Omni Inventive Care is hiring a Substitute Care Coordinator to work within our Substitute Care and Residential Support Services departments. The coordinator will provide therapeutic electronic monitoring, fidelity monitoring of residential and substitute care services, and overnight supervision to direct care staff. The coordinator responsibilities include:

*Working a rotating schedule that includes working 3-4 overnight shifts per week from 10pm-8am.

*Appropriately responding to electronic monitor alerts.

*Maintain inventory of electronic monitor equipment.

*Auditing client files to ensure accurate and current information.

*Complete random check-ins of overnight staff via Zoom, phone call, and in-person.

*Other duties as assigned by the Director of Substitute Care and Director of Residential Services.

Requirements include:

  • *Absent valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief preventing COVID-19 vaccination, all applicants must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination by providing their Center for Disease Control vaccination card. Photographs, photocopies, or other reproductions are not acceptable.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
  • Must have 6 points or less on driving record.
  • Must have valid Driver's license and insurance
  • Satisfactory results of pre-employment background checks.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical
