Summary
As a Tier I Analysts, you will deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies. Tier I Analysts must be able to work independently at a fast pace in a high-tech company. Tier I Analysts must be able to establish and maintain strong customer and employee relationships. Tier I Analysts are required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.
 

Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer support to all customers

    1. Maintain professional friendly approach with customers

    2. Listen to customer’s needs and take appropriate measures to assist them

  2. Actively assist with the customer support center

    1. Field customer interactions via phone and email

    2. Create and manage cases in ConnectWise/HubSpot

    3. Thorough documentation is required

    4. Ensure Service Level Agreements are being met

  3. Own the customer experience by providing technical assistance, quality product and technical solutions to customers

  4. Manage multiple support requests, prioritizing where necessary to ensure customer needs are being met

  5. Correctly identify, replicate and thoroughly document issues for efficient case management and case data trending

  6. Provide remote technical and application support to a wide variety of commerce and healthcare professionals

  7. Work cross-functionally with other WorldView departments and personnel to achieve objectives 

  8. Share knowledge through internal knowledge base articles

  9. Foster teamwork and collaboration across all teams

  10. Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

  11. Own assigned customer requests

  12. Participate in on-call schedule as assigned

  13. Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  1. 2-4 year Technical Degree OR equivalent experience as a Service Desk Analyst (1-2 years)

  2. Proven expertise with positive customer service skills and communication skills

  3. Basic computer skills, decision-making, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

  4. Intermediate reading and writing skills, basic reading skills, the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication.

  5. Some experience with Azure, SQL, OnBase, HL7 interfaces is a plus
