Compensation: Full-Time Salary Based on Experience $45K-$55K (negotiable based on experience)
Perks/Benefits:

• Ten (10) days PTO annually – 2 days to start, earn 1 day for each pay period until ten days are earned, Each year on anniversary the 10 days are added back. (PTO does not accumulate year over years)
• $100 monthly stipend towards health insurance
• Holidays: Seven (7) paid days to include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

1. Lead and manage glazing installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
2. Collaborate with the Sales team to understand and interpret commercial blueprints, providing insights and expertise for successful project execution.
3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and proactive communication within the operations team.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, throughout all phases of project execution.
5. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet and exceed client expectations.
6. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on project status, key performance indicators, and operational efficiency.

1. Proven experience in residential and commercial glazing operations.
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing projects.
3. Experience collaborating with Sales teams and interpreting commercial blueprints.
4. Proactive attitude, hunger for success, and a problem-solving mindset.
5. Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
6. OSHA certification is desirable.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
