Compensation: Base + Commission (starting range of $40,000 + uncapped commissions – first year anticipated earnings $80,000 +)

Your Mission: Your pivotal mission is to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, build strong relationships with customers and the local community, and provide the absolute best customer service. This role is your stage to showcase your strengths in closing deals and paving the way for a growing sales team.

Your Profile:
  • 2+ years' experience in sales, preferably in outdoor home services.
  • Proven record of successful sales and team leadership.
  • Exceptional talent development and motivational skills.
  • Strong networking and business development experience, preferably already affiliated with local business groups.
  • Self-driven to generate and expand our customer base.
  • High emotional intelligence and superior interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and inspirational to your teams.
  • Motivated to pick up the phone and call prospective customers and determined to canvas opportunities while on a scheduled sales call.
 
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to cover some weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to drive a company truck.
  • Physical capability to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
 
  • Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
  • Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
  • Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, lighting, landscape equipment, electrical, wires, etc.
  • Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended hours.
