PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Endorse and comply with all Standard Heating and Air Conditioning’s Safety policies and initiatives.
Support and participate in the Commitment of Excellence Program.
Effectively demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when working with customers, contractors and co-workers.
Performs preventive maintenance and repair of company equipment.
Responsible for maintaining equipment maintenance records.
Complete building maintenance work orders requests.
Transport company assets to and from specific destinations as needed.
Ensures warehouse is properly maintained in orderly condition.
Actively contribute to and support all department objectives.
Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned.

.QUALIFICATIONS:

Available for flexible scheduling of work hours and overtime as required.
Must be able to effectively use and operate hand tools.
Ability to complete projects independently and without regular supervision.
Ability to be insured by the Company to drive a company vehicle.
Certified on use of lift systems for movement of supplies and materials.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires lifting up to 55 lbs.
Ability to bend, stretch, stoop, kneel, and/or twist along with use of two hands to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects.
Requires working outdoors in varied environmental conditions.
