Financial Representative

Our client is seeking a Financial Representative to join their office and assist in providing financial advice and services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients, analyzing their financial needs, developing financial plans, and providing advice on investments and other financial matters. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
• Greet customers in a professional manner and answer their questions.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service in the office and over the phone.
• Process customer payments and deposits accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with financial planning and investments.

Requirements

• Four-year degree; or equivalent professional work experience
