We are seeking an experienced and committed Community Impact Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative organization. The Community Impact Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project Harmony initiatives, fostering meaningful connections between Project Harmony and the community, focusing on building strong relationships with volunteers, local partners, and service providers. This role will be responsible for assist the director in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Project Harmony's Missing and Anti-Trafficking Youth Services (MATYS) Initiative, as well as future community-based projects that align to the organization's mission. The coordinator must possess a high level of passion for social justice, community empowerment, youth engagement, and the organization’s mission.
This position requires strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, evaluate project outcomes, and implement best practices. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Community Impact Coordinator will ensure agency initiatives are inclusive, effective, and aligned with Project Harmony’s goals, inspiring individuals and groups to actively support children and families in the community.
