Primary Function: The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in the leadership and organization for all aspects of the Sport program, including monitoring both the academic and social development of the student-athletes; observing, evaluating, and recruiting student-athletes; developing a schedule for competition. The Coach promotes a culture of respect, inclusivity, sportsmanship, and student-athlete well-being consistent with university values and Title IX requirements. The Assistant Coach is responsible for following the University’s coaching guidelines and expectations including the rules and regulations of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and Frontier Conference.
