We believe strongly in supporting the professional development and educational needs of our employees. In 2015, 94% of our nursing continuing education programs were provided free of charge. We offer a paid Transition to Pediatric Nursing Program tailored to nurses with a BSN who have worked a minimum of one year with the adult population. All eligible employees who pursue higher education are eligible for up to $2,500 tuition reimbursement each calendar year.

New in 2017 is Children’s Tuition Loan Repayment Program. Covered jobs are eligible for up to $10,000 in loan repayment with a minimum of six months of employment.
