OUR HISTORY

When the term cloud was introduced it was more of a punch-line than anything real.  We listened to Marketing and Sales Executives warn everyone “you need to be prepared for cloud”.  We listened to everyone quote lines from Nicholas Carr’s book.  But in the beginning, we were all able to see through the smoke screen realizing that it was more hype than hope.

So where the sales and marketing stopped and the technology started we noticed a need.  It was a clear need that required a solution.  The early cloud solutions provided large scale technologies but left their customers feeling like a number. Although you could spin up a virtual server in minutes, you really weren’t getting a business solution.  Nobody was working with you on expanding markets and bringing ideas that could help you achieve your bottom line goals.  Cloud V1.0 was not a solution.

We created Midwest Cloud Computing to create business partnership that introduce expanding business strategies.  Don’t worry, we have state of the art servers, storage, security, blinking lights, etc. but more importantly we take the time to understand what you’re trying to accomplish and what we can do to help you accomplish it.  We learned early on that the best way succeed is when your business succeeds.
