Are you ready for a new career path?

How about a career at a company where you and your efforts are appreciated?

Do you enjoy being surrounded by like-minded people that work hard and play hard? Would you appreciate a workplace where your opportunities for growth are limitless?

If you answered yes to any or all of those questions, Access Systems is the place for you.

What will you bring to Access?

What will Access Bring to You?

Culture

Culture can be hard to define because oftentimes companies throw buzzwords around to catch your attention. But at Access, culture is more than just a buzzword; it is the core of how we conduct business.

Our culture at Access revolves around five main ideas we call our culture pillars. They are integrity, generosity, dedicated, kindness, and playful.

Benefits

Our compensation package is more than just a paycheck; it includes insurance, training, support, and more. Take a look at some of the benefits we offer employees.

Insurance

We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their dependents because being healthy is important. In addition, we offer optional employee and dependent life insurance, short-term disability and company-paid long-term disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care.

Time off

Our new employees enjoy paid time off (PTO), which increases as you stay with us. PTO begins accuring your first month and is available to take starting after 90 days. We also offer paid holidays, and one additional floating holiday for each employee to use at their discretion.

Financial Savings

We are always thinking of the future, which is why Access offers a matching 401(K) retirement saving plan. Employees are fully vested after three years.

Family

As a family-oriented company, we offer paid family leave for new parents. Birth mothers are allowed four weeks, and fathers and adoptive parents are allowed paid family leave.

Allowances

Sales representatives are given a monthly allowance for their phones and car mileage. Salaried employees are provided a phone allowance for a data package to access company email on their personal mobile device. Our service technicians are provided a company car with a gas card that is also available to drive to and from work.

Sales representatives are also eligible to gain manufacturer award points. Access will provide them with the tools to sign up for these award points, which can be translated into income provided by the manufacturer.

Employee Appreciation

We work hard here at Access, but we make time for fun too, rewarding our employees for their work. With holiday banquet, summer employee appreciation events, team outings, and incentive trips at 5-star resorts for top employees, there’s always something fun going on.

Training

At Access Systems, we want to make sure you start off on the right foot – and continue on the path to success. Whether this is your first job in the office technology industry or you’re a tenured employee on the Access team, we offer ongoing training and certifications for employees at all levels and in every division.

Initial Training:

New hire sales training

Our two-week program was designed by some of our top sales personnel. It is facilitated by company leaders who have years of field experience and personal perspectives. We cover product training, specific sales processes, targeted prospecting and more. You will get hands-on experience handling our equipment during the training sessions.

New hire IT professional training

This training program is meant to provide our already knowledgeable new IT hires with a greater understanding of Access Systems focusing on how we conduct service and provide customer support. During this week of training, you will learn how to utilize and take calls from our customer portal, use our remote monitoring and management software, and learn about the hardware we sell and support.

Professional Development:

Sales development training

To assist with the ongoing training of our sales professionals, we host training sessions to refine and hone in on our sales skills. These sessions are led by company leaders and bring together sales representatives from all branches for training.

Manufacturer certifications and training

To become better informed about the equipment we service and the products we carry, our service and IT professionals undergo rigorous training hosted by one of our many manufacturers. These training sessions allow our people to learn as much about new equipment as possible, so we can pass on these benefits and knowledge to customers.

Leadership development

Leadership development is critical to the success and growth of Access Systems. Our employee-focused culture is strengthened by promoting from within. In order to have employees fill the middle manager and supervisor roles, we have three Leadership Development groups that allow for the development of our own into these roles.

The groups are comprised of employees that are newer to management, those that may have an interest in management, as well as tenured leaders within the company.

These small monthly group workshops and are led by our CEO and president. The focus on leadership allows for the practical application and discussion of relevant leadership aspects within Access. We discuss and learn about our current leadership and our hopes for the future.

The Interview Process

Once you apply, our recruitment team will hand review your submission and reach out to you by phone/email to start the interview process.
