Millard Public Schools

Today Millard Public Schools is the third largest school district in Nebraska. The district’s thirty-five schools welcome more than 24,000 students each day. But for more than a hundred years, Millard was one school surrounded by a vast prairie.

EVERY CHILD IS UNIQUE. THAT IS WHY MILLARD PUBLIC SCHOOLS IS A DISTRICT OF CHOICE, HELPING MORE THAN 24,000 FAMILIES FIND THE RIGHT COLLEGE AND CAREER PATH FOR THEIR STUDENT.

Options include neighborhood schools, Nebraska’s only K-12 International Baccalaureate Program, an accredited preschool through 8th grade Montessori program, and a Core Knowledge Program. High schools support an Advanced Placement® culture, offering 26 AP classes. High school students may also earn college credit and professional credentials through our Academies including Health Sciences, Business and Entrepreneurship, Business and Logistics Management, and Education. Millard’s strong community partnerships expand our career academy offerings to the Zoo Academy, Criminal Justice, Electric Tech, Utility, Welding, Fire and EMT, Plumbing, Auto and more.

LEARNING ANYTIME, ANYWHERE

Millard is a one-to-one district, allowing learning anytime, anywhere. All secondary students are given a touch screen laptop with full access to the Google G Suite for Education and Adobe Creative Cloud. Elementary students work on iPads with individual devices available for 4th and 5th grade students and laptop carts available for all grades. We are thankful for the strong support of the Millard Public Schools Foundation which has made our one-to-one learning environment possible.
