A Business Process Analyst is responsible for:

  • Reviewing new and existing departmental processes (e.g., task services, procedures policies, training, documentation, etc.,) ensuring efficiency and quality service
  • Participating in and leading workflow process improvement projects which include recommending changes to management and follow-up changes by monitoring process performance, analyzing data, preparing reports to measure effectiveness of changes implemented
  • Driving process enhancements and adherence throughout the organization to support workflow business strategies
  • Partnering with business unit management and information technology leaders to design processes supported by workflow ensuring processes support both internal customer goals and objectives

 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, or a related field required
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Experience

  • Minimum two years' experience required in business analytics or the analysis and development of processes and procedures, preferably in a related industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of end to end product life cycle preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred

Other

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required
