WoodmenLife is looking to add a Data Officer to our team!

We are currently searching for a Data Officer with 5-10 years of experience in a senior level data management role, to join our team! What we are looking for in our new Data Officer:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Data Science or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior level data management role.
  • Knowledge of business and data strategy.
  • Knowledge of relevant applications, big data solutions, and tools.
  • Experience building Data Governance capabilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Skilled in Project Management functions. 
  • Skilled in analyzing data and deriving insights.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with Technology and Business stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage complex tasks.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Background in Business and Mathematics preferred.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Strong background in IT and insurance preferred.
