The main purpose of this position is to manage a steady volume of incoming calls involving new transportation claims (ie. Bodily Injury, Property Damage Liability, Workers Compensation and Cargo Claims). Initial triage aspects to minimize our Companys risk exposure may include but are not limited to troubleshooting inquires from our drivers, customers and 3rd party entities, hiring independent adjusters, updating our internal departments on the status of the severity of the accident and effectively communicating with all parties to guide themthrough the initial claims process. Accurate and expedient data entry is essential to the success of this position.
