The Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor reports directly to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Support Services. You will oversee the I.E. Technicians, to ensure timely scheduling of work to meet our customers' expectations and business goals. The IE Supervisor will help to audit drawings as issues are reported from the sites and report any issues to the appropriate teams. The IE Supervisor will also help to maintain standards as time studies are performed.

Working Environment and Physical Efforts:
Work is generally performed in an office setting, with time studies being performed in different areas of the production floor. You are required to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time, and talk and listen on the phone and in person or virtual meetings. You will be exposed to all hazards located at manufacturing sites including noise, fumes, excessive heat/cold, dust, welding arc, all chemicals associated with the manufacturing areas, fire, smoke, unstable debris, and confined spaces. Environment is fast-paced and demanding most of the time.
You are frequently required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms while working in the office with various files and forms and while working on the computer. You must use proper ergonomic safeguards such as monitor height and positions, keyboard location and height and proper wrist rests. You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds in working with large files, binders, computer equipment and shop equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
