Essential Functions
â? Support the development and implementation of new product rollout plans that the Service groups will need for training
â? Answer dealer/customer questions regarding installation, troubleshooting and platform navigation
â? Determine the nature of the call and determine the best path to resolution; either problem resolution or escalate to Field Service Engineer
â? Program modems and maintain database of devices
â? Create return merchandise authorization (RMA)s and document warranty claims
â? Assist customers inquiries about products and services during high call volume
â? Prepares product and/or service reports by collecting and analyzing call data
â? In conjunction with Valley service staff, plan and present for technical products suite at Valley Service Schools
â? In Field Dealer/Grower visits as necessary
â? Provide tech training to dealers, Valley Territory Managers, and Technical Sales Staff
â? Assist with equipment in-field troubleshooting
â? Assist with equipment installation when Dealer capacity is not available
â? This position reports to a Manager, Director, or VP of Technical Sales and works under the guidance of the Field Service Engineers
â? This role requires up to (50%) travel, including overnight stays

â? Must have the ability and personality to calmly deal with and de-escalate tense situations in the field and on the phone
â? Effectively communicate technical solutions, ideas, and questions
â? Must be flexible for overnight travel on short notice; mostly domestic, sometimes international
â? Must see things through to completion
â? Be a self-starter and able to work without immediate supervision
Required Qualifications:
â? Associates Degree with 5+ years relevant experience or 7+ years of relevant experience
â? The ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively
â? Valid U.S. driverâ??s license, passport and ability to travel
â? A strong working knowledge of Goggle Workspace Suite, and software systems in general
Desired Qualifications:
â? Bachelorâ??s degree with 3+ years relevant experience
â? Farm background
â? Previous experience in Ag Irrigation service
â? Previous experience in Precision Ag Industry
â? Certified Electrician
â? Passion and integrity with the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
â? Strong working knowledge of communications, electronic and telemetry systems
