The Senior Director of Infrastructure Product Management (PM) will ensure product strategy, market research, user testing, and overall execution operates at the highest standards. This role will be responsible for building a high-performing, global Product Line Management team with a best-in-class approach. This role will directly manage a team of Product Line Managers with ownership of respective solution leads, initiative owners, and individual contributors. The PM will work regularly with the VP of Engineering, and key business leaders in Sales and Product Marketing.

• Oversee and develop product line management strategy including feature prioritization and scoping in collaboration with business leaders.
• Develops national customer relationships to deliver product solutions on a large scale.
• Uses in-depth knowledge of wireless deployments to educate stakeholders both within the company and externally.
• Apply knowledge of power systems, fiber systems, radio systems, antenna systems, foundation systems, etc. to evaluate potential product solutions.
• Understands and anticipates customer and market demand for wireless Rest of World (ROW) products.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all product solutions meet internal and external standards.
• Product and feature planning - feature specs, plan respective product and/or business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Management of feature development in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Post-release feature management - adoption, performance, and reiterations for release.
• Responsible for product fit and market landscape.
• Understanding and communication of high-level market landscape the market trends and changes.
• Ongoing mapping and matrix of competitive landscape across all products.
• Responsibility for hiring new talent in collaboration with talent acquisition.
• Building an experienced product line team by fostering the teamâ??s constant professional advancement.
• Leading a product line team by example through leveraging best-in-class knowledge and practices with a strong people management skillset.
• Actively participates in the development of processes to continually improve organizational effectiveness both within the company and externally

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

*Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements*

Required: Bachelorâ??s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Required: 7 years wireless deployment experience with a top tier National Carrier, OEM, Integrator, or similar

Required: 7 years in a managerial role, preferably a business development role

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications:

Preferred: Bachelorâ??s Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field

Pay: $135k to $150k DOE
