Job Summary

Primary Focus: Local Field Marketing 


As Field Marketing Manager (FMM) you will be asked to integrate CenturyLink into your community by creating authentic and meaningful experiences through brand awareness and acquisition programs throughout the local market. Also, you will be asked to support the partnerships and the right advocates that promote CenturyLink and empower your community. You will work to cultivate lasting partnerships that bring our brand to life in your city. 


The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of local marketing campaigns and programs to increase fiber internet penetration within our fiber expansion footprint. This position will develop, implement and support tactics that drive high-touch marketing programs working with our internal and external business partners to meet CenturyLink revenue targets within the fiber build footprint. 

Job Description


  • Develops local campaigns and execute tactics that proactively drive marketing programs through planning and results tracking, working with the national lead marketing manager, FMM peers, business partners and corporate marketing.
  • Owns the local relationship within the market delivering high-touch marketing, communications campaigns and events maximizing specified corporate sponsorship and community initiatives (i.e. memberships, CSR programs) in line with Consumer Field Sales and Marketing priorities.
  • Actively maintain open communications with partners in other CTL organizations, as well as market business partners and memberships, as it relates to local media, events, sponsorships, memberships, etc. for the purpose of tracking and understanding CTL's local engagement at a company-wide level.
  • Support marketing and campaign dashboards, reporting.
  • Manage local marketing budget.
  • Participate in sales organization projects and initiatives to provide marketing support and resources.
  • Communicate and execute consumer and industry events with local teams




  • Bachelors degree or equivalent education and relevant experience  
  • 6+ years of related experience
