Enterprise Channel Account Specialist

This Enterprise Channel Account Specialist assigns partners throughout the sales cycle and drives opportunities to a close.



  • Work with and drive the opportunity with CSM, partner sales engineering, POM and other departments as needed.
  • Manage all opportunities. (Includes any products for any opportunity size ex. Entire product for QC/QCC/L-EQ/CTS)
  • Coordinate with T-CAS with network and hosting opportunities and order submission
  • Manage the sales funnel and update Salesforce
  • Assist partners throughout the sales cycle and driving the opportunities to a close
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on all products, programs and promotions.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • 3+ years related experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Selling and supporting an indirect channel or partner based sales program
  • Working knowledge of network based service
  • Proven customer facing and negotiation skills
