Senior Lead Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

The Senior Lead Organizational Effectiveness Consultant serves as the HRBP account manager of all Talent Management functions.  They will partner with the HRVP to designs, implements, facilitates, and evaluates talent solution to enable better Talent Management outcomes in the business segment.  In addition this role will help identify training and development programs to improve the overall business talent strategies. 


This role will partner with key HR business segment leaders to improve employee engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as the principal client contact
  • Develops budget estimates and manages project/contracts
  • Partners with senior staff in developing and marketing new client programs/services as required
  • Process owner for business segment Talent Resource Review (TRR), including content quality, action plans, and assigned follow ups
  • Serve as TRR subject matter expert for business segment and HR clients
  • Design, develop, and implement with HR clients individual development plans for high potential business leaders
  • Serve a key organization design resource for all significant organizational restructuring
  • Designs and maintains the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation
  • Audits the business units as the potential changes of job descriptions are identified
  • Develop job descriptions and optimal organization structure
  • Checks the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures
  • Cooperates with C&B Specialist on the grading of job positions and assigning the correct optimum salary
  • Designs and maintains the rules for the organizational structure creation
  • Designs and maintains the rules for the span of control in different business units
  • Partners with the HRBP's to review the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient
  • Participates in HR Projects and organization wide projects



  • Thorough understanding of customer service concepts and implementation techniques. Knowledge of budget to actual comparisons and calculations. Thorough understanding and usage of all communication techniques.
  • Proven record of providing superior customer service to individuals and organizations. Demonstrate ability to add value to customer interactions.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective decision making techniques.

  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a cost-conscious and practical approach to using time and resources

  • Strong project planning skills and ability to design, implement, and facilitate successful leadership development initiatives and programs
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, multi-media training, and knowledge around key learning systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • 8 10 years of leadership experience developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • 3 5 years leading training and learning programs, or organizational design programs
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's level degree highly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40% required
