The Customer Care Specialist 1 primarily supports field operations technicians through the Service Center Sales Order Support group in Omaha resolving billing disputes and adjustment of charges. Strong documentation and follow up is required. Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Inquiry), 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (Billing), Monday-Friday. Mandatory overtime may be required.
