Position Overview:

The Coordinator will support the VP of Operations Integration for CenturyLink Federal. Under minimal supervision and acting on own initiative, coordinates various assigned project activities that may include gathering and reviewing a variety of data using company resources, compiling and formatting data to a finished product. Assignments typically involve work of a confidential nature and require extensive knowledge of department, business unit and company practices, policies, programs.


Job Description:

  • Coordinate monthly program reviews
  • Support and collate performance dashboard management
  • Coordinate strategic customer meetings including preparation and delivery of artifacts
  • Coordinate and manage capture milestone reviews
  • Manage weekly activity report status updates
  • Plan and coordinate succession planning, semi/annual reviews
  • Drive Federal Operations Integration projects; ensure progress across stakeholders
  • Collate Return-to-Green plans; support RTG review captured actions
  • Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative within pre-determined guidelines and subject to periodic review. 
  • Works under minimal supervision.
  • Exchanges information requiring some interpretation and/or persuasion to ensure proper action.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in a support area.
  • Performs a variety of duties involving different and unrelated steps and methods. 
  • Coordinate all travel related activities and complete expense reports.
  • Other activities as requested by VP


    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent education and 2-3+ years related experience.
  • Knowledge of maintaining reports and spreadsheets.
  • Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment; completing work tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
