Job Summary

Midwest Region Field Operations Support is seeking a Lead Process Analyst to assist with various projects, analytics, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  •  Leading the development and implementation of new and changes to existing processes and systems,
  •  Analyzing service metric, local marketing results and financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement,
  •  Analyze methods for the local team to implement resulting in an increased penetration on underutilized nodes
  •  Working collaboratively with teammates to manage elements of large-scale projects,
  • Advocating for the field with partner organizations and assisting those organizations in developing solutions to improve efficiency and the customer experience, and
  • Assisting field leaders with change management, understanding and communicating complex problems and solutions.

Minimum experience:

  • Bachelors degree or 5+ years experience in an operational or operations support role.
  • Highly proficient in the MS Office application suite, including extensive experience with data analysis and manipulation in Excel and executive-level presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to disseminate complex and sometimes controversial information to various levels in an organization, from front-line employees to executives.
  •  Demonstrated ability to negotiate win-win solutions between organizations and/or with external customers.


Additional consideration for candidates with:

  • Experience creating and manipulating databases (MS Access, SharePoint, SQL, or others).
  • Knowledge and experience with CenturyLink service provisioning (MARTINS, LFACS, TIRKS, Oracle, NIBS, order entry, field provisioning, and/or others)
