Senior Compensation Consultant

Position Overview:

Supports compensation initiatives and processes within the Compensation Center of Excellence. The position would administer and maintain Compensation plans and programs. 


Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the job description and evaluation process.  Ensure accurate job documentation, salary market competitiveness, and internal equity for Company positions. 
  • Participate in market salary surveys to identify and track the relevant labor market.
  • Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
  • Calculates standard metrics and update Compensation scorecard.
  • Support the administration of wage and salary programs including the annual merit review process.
  • Work with HR Business Partner in areas such as job classification, merit increase, incentive compensation and salary administration programs. 
  • Ensure compensation data is accurately reflected in all systems.
  • Develop and conduct presentations related to compensation. 
  • Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of existing Compensation plans, policies, and administrative procedures.
  • Participate in compensation projects

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years compensation or compensation related experience


  • Master's degree
  • 1-2 years related experience in specific area or equivalent
