The Lead Analyst is responsible for addressing key business problems facing the Sales and Marketing organization through rigorous investigation and analysis. This position works on ad hoc projects both within Sales and Marketing and in collaboration with our partner organizations across the company, often presenting key insights to Senior Leadership.
 Specific Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement strategies for improving customer retention, sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and go to market plans. 
    - Create and maintain analytics and reporting in support of key business programs and objectives.
    - Ad hoc business analysis and financial modeling.
    - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    - Ability to work within a partner organization supporting channel managers and partner operations
     Basic Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related area
    - 5+ years of professional work experience
    - Strong analytical & communication skills
    - Sales reporting and forecasting experience
    - Knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM solution


     Preferred Qualifications:
    - Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
    - Previous experience in corporate strategy, finance, or business analysis
    - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    - Sales operations or sales function within a partner / alliances environment
